Can't downoad latest update 2021.3

When I try to download and install this update the web page freezes.  I have to go into Tash Manager to stop the program.  Can someone help me fix this.

What program are you referencing with a 2021.3 udpate? CC is 5.5.0.619, Photoshop is v22.5.1, XD is v44.0.12, Dreamweaver is 21.1, etc.

I am trying to update Adobe Premier Elements 2021 Video Editor with the update called 2021.3. When I open the Video Editor.   It automatically opens the Update window. I can't stop it. There is a button at the bottom that asked when you want to download it. There is no other choice but "Install Now". I can't even back out of it and I can't close the program. Nothing works. I can't even "X" out or stop. The screen is just frozen. I have to go into Task Manager to stop the program. All other programs and web page and Browsers that I have all work okay. I do have Adobe installed on my laptop as well. When I try to open Premier Element 2021 there, it also freezes. I do have a template of a video I am working on that does not have a problem playing or editing it. I have been using Adobe Premeir Element 2021 for almost a year now without any problems.

I got it!  I did have to delete the program from my PC and the Laptop.  Then I downloaded and re-install it on both.  Fortunarely I kept the Key handy..  All is well now.  Thanks to all for the help.

For anyone else reading this, the serial number is the most important thing that you need to keep safe

Plus, of course, copy all downloads to at least one external device for the day when your program is so old that Adobe stops providing a download

I did keep the actiation code and had it handy.  I also backed up all of my projects to another drive before I deleted the program.  But it seems that I really didn't need to do that.  They were not deleted.  I also saved the download file to another drive as suggested.  I figured that I was going to have to delete the program and start over, but I just wasn't sure.  I didn't want to have to go to all that work if it was not necessary.
