Hi
I deleted a previous copy of this post, because I thought that this was the wrong forum for this, but I can't see a better place to put this post.
I have been having problems purchasing the latest Premiere Elements version from the Adobe website. That is to say, they are offering a discount on the site, yet on the purchase window, they are charging full price for it. Is there something I am doing wrong, or is the site broken?

you did nothing wrong and yes Adobe support is busted but you really do need to talk to them as we don't know your details
