Elements 13 not working in windows 11

I have just installed Windows 11.

I have succesfully installed Premiere Elements 13 but I cannot get it to work.

I click on New Project and it asks me to sign in, which I do, but then I get no further as the program doesn't open.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I am very disappointed as I have used Premiere Elements for years. It is so frustrating that it is installed on my PC but Adobe won't let me use it. That doesn't seem right. I will have to look for a another video editor that doesn't have any restrictions.
