elements 2024 export repeatedly crashes

Elements 2024 export crashes. 2024 is installed on a new pc thats running 32 Gig AMD Ryzen 9 7900(12 core)processor .

Could it be the processor as it shows 100% a lot of the export time, even with the swap file area increased to 32 Gig.

ive used elements since version 11 so not a newbie!

Any idea where i can find data on the log file error messages as there are about 10 sets of these

Ticks = 490500 <12184> <StandardFilterWrapper> <5> Not able to create video filter for standard filter: AE.ADBE PPro TimecodeTicks = 490500 <12184> <StandardFilterWrapper> <5> Not able to create video filter for standard filter: AE.ADBE DigitalVideoLimiterTicks = 490516 <12184> <StandardFilterWrapper> <5> Not able to create video filter for standard filter: AE.ADBE Lumetri?

o and it only keeps two log files , can i get it to keep more. - now had the export crash 20 plus times.

**it says "an internal error occurred. Check if there is enough space on the disk"** \- its writting to drive D an SSD with 810gig free , .exe files on SSD drive c with 83gig and the data is storred on ssd drive E with 178 gig free.

when it ends it retains a massive 21gig of memory instead of dropping back to 8gig.

cheers chaps and chapesses

Allan

Despite no one being able to suggest or guess what could be at fault with Adobe PE 2024 the problem has now been resolved by applying the 2 updates that arrived at my PC yesterday.

The update did not mention anything about fixing crashes but it has fixed it.

it would seem that adobe and the many people who work hard to help support it realy dont like to admit to anything negative. - Thats the politest way i can put this secretivness.

Cross your fingers for me please as i work through another 6 videos today.

Were those Windows updates?

By @Peru Bob

My PrE 2024 updated this morning on my Windows computer.  Clicking on "more" took me to a helpx page showing several repairs.  Although mine still says 2024.0 instead of 2024.2 the build numbers match.

So I have discovered that Adobe Premiere elements 2024 since the beginning of March 2024, can nolonger process mp4 files from my Sony A6500. Fortunatly HAndbreak ( a freebie tool) can - Only once its created new files can abobe PE 2024 cope withthem without crashing.

IIf I can figure out how I will raise this as new question for the community as it makes a mok of PE 2024's ability to optimise files that Handbrake does for Free.

Cheers to those that commented - even if no one came up with anythig useful.

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

.exe files on SSD drive c with 83gig

By @allan33074172gnaz

That may not be enough free drive space for system and temp files.

By Allan33074172gnaz,

just how much space and where do you feel it needs to be?

the film is 1 hour 30 minutes at 1920. previous films of  that have come out at 2 to 8 gig finished film?

There is 32Gig core and 32gig Swap file - i could increase that to 48gig???

I do feel it something else though.

cheers
