Facial Recognition Question

I do not know if this is an issue or the way Organizer works.  I just updated to Photoshop and Premire Elements 2021.  Next, I opened a cataloge that had only photos and one of my video files was imported even though it was not in my watch list.  I don't understand why, but that's ok.  I happen to notice that several un-named faces were from the video file.  I can click the face and open the video to that person which is fine. There are two things that I don't understand:

1.  I have several photos of one person who have been named.  Should the system reconize this face?

2.  Once I named the face I opened the video back up.  There was no indication of who this person was.  I added the name from the viewer clip but the name still does not show up.  Should I be able to see the name in the viewer?

Really?????  No answers.  If my previous versions all did not come with issues I would not ask this question.  The problem I have is I don't know if this is the way things work if it if just dosen't work on my computer.
