Flickering when re-sizing .swf in PE12

Hi there

I have been importing some basic animated shapes from Toon Boom Harmony into PE12. They look great and work fine. They export fine as well.

However - the moment I change the object by scaling it in PE12 they develop a tremoring flicker. I've tested this quite a bit. Any thoughts.  If I don't re-size them in PE12 then I'm fine.

    Just as an extra note - I tried this exercise on PE 2018 and no flicker. I'm not sure if this is a bug for older versions of PE?

    SWF files are not supported in Premiere Elements. You really aren't supposed to use them as source files in a Premiere Elements project, so problems are to be expected.
