Hi, have for 2 hours tried to get Gpu accelration to work, I have a Nvidia RTX 2060 card, but premiere will not let me use it, even though my card is recommended on the Adobe list here: GPU accelerated rendering (adobe.com). I reset my Premiere install, it worked, but when i reopened the program it grayed out

Check if your card is on gpu the allow list

Adobe stripped the list with this new version (2022)

C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Premiere Elements\20.0\Online\Hw Acc Render\All_Lang\HW\Files\allowlisted_cards.txt:

NVIDIA#NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060#

If not add your card to the list, the way its written as above.

A lot of Nvidia cards are listed as unsupported be because the are written Nvidia#Geforce RTX 2060#
not Nvidia# Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060# on the list.
