How do you have a video zoom in and have multiple clips in it while it is still zooming in to full screen? in premier elements 15..

    Are you asking about the Pan and Zoom tool?  Or is it another technique you are using?

    I think you can get to a similar effect in Premiere Elements.   First put all of the clips together and output to a video.  Put the new multiclip video into a project.   And use keyframes with the Motion Control effect and scale.
