Managing and deleting effect presets?

I made too many effects for one project, now that I'm done with them I want to remove some of them, but not all of them. However, simply right clicking the preset does nothing, and I can't find the folder for effects to manually manipulate them. Do you know how to manage them?

You have to remove them all in one go from the root.

Effect Presets and Custom Items.prfpset

you will find this in

C / user / name / AppData / Roaming / Adobe / Premiere Elements / 18.0

Select (hightlight) the clip.  Click on the "FX" with the pencil in the square.  A list will show up with garbage cans (circles).   You can expand them for controls.

How will manipulating the clip affect the preset? It sounds like you're describing how to remove an effect from the clip, not from Premiere itself.
