Menu per disco [version 2023]

Ho premiere elements 2014 ed ora ho acquistato premiere 2023. In questa ultima versione non compare più "menu filmato" nella opzione "strumenti".  Nelle guide viene riportato tale menu filmato. E' stato tolto volontariamente o è un errore adobe? Come ovviare?

I once had a Blu Ray burner that ceased working.  Probable cause was a Windows 10 routine update.  I enjoyed that burner and the Premiere Elements version that was current at the time,   Maybe I should have "frozen" then.  But, my family and friends audience grew up and adopted phones, tablets and laptops without optical drives.   Making disks severly limited the watching.  Now, instead of buying Blu-Ray disks I pay and annual fee to Vimeo.  My family (and friends) can all watch that with whatever they have.  I get more 'fans' now that I've abandon discs.

I decided to stop making DVDs recently when my all-in-one printer that prints on discs needed new cartridges.

They were outrageously expensive and generics did not work because the Epson firmware didn't recognize them.

Almost everyone views them on their phone now, so I send them flash drives or post it on Vimeo.

Unfortunately some of the people I send DVDs to would never be able to find YouTube or Vimeo, let alone know who to cast it to their TVs.

I'm sure you know that you find it for them.  You put the link in an email and they click on it.  

I'm sure you also know that many, maybe most, disc players will play an MP4 that you put on DVD or Blu-Ray "data" disc.

That's a good point, Bill. I'm not sure if it's so universal I can send my annual family video in MP4, but it's well worth considering. Thanks!

Why no movie menus in 23? What is the point of menu markers then?

There are no menu markers either in version 2023.

I do have menu markers in my version of Elements 2023 but no disc menus as you say.Now I have a dilemma as my friends want DVDS of a recent group holiday of say 45 mins. Would i be better exchanging for an earlier version? I only bought this new version 12 days ago
