My project will Add Media from iPhone .MOV file, it will play the video and do the cut/delete/close gap and etc. BUT when I try to do an Adjust in Expert Mode it slams me with an angry red banner “Shake Reduction requires clip dimensions to match Project Settings” and insists I “Create new project”.
1. How do I even determine what my clip dimensions are? I don't get much from 'Properties' of the file...
2. I search the presets for a matching spec for .MOV and that doesn't help.
I'm running Win10 Pro on a pretty capable PC with a good graphics processor.

As John suggests, open your MOV in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the complete text of this report and paste it to this forum. With this detailed information we'll be better able to advise you.

As John and Steve suggest, it helps to know what the MOV video file is made of. It will also help to know how you are setting up your project.

Thanks Steve.
I downloaded "MediaInfo_GraphPlugin_22.06_Windows.exe" and ran it as administrator... but I don't find the program to do the 'set View' you describe. I opened PE14 and did a File/Get Properties for and selected one of my Eagle videos. This is what came up:
as you see, I can't do the text version, sorry. I'm only marginally adept at these tasks.

Steve, my apologies for the rude long time for this response. We have a health situation at home that sometimes requires me to pause all the fun stuff for a while. Back to the 'normal' situation now...
It took me a few tries, but now my system works just like your instruction video. {I warned you about my doofus limitations}. So, here is the full text result on the probematic video:

It is hard to underestimate my level of comprehension!
But thank you for your time and attention.

Shade reduction will only work on clips that have the same height and width as the project settings.
Guessing E14 does not have a UDH project setting.

But if I decide to forgoe the shake reduction, how do I get rid of the red banner? Surely they didn't intend to leave us in the lurch like this?
