PE 2024 Default Roll and default crawl not working

When I select one of these I get a still text.  I tried going to roll/crawl options and I can select either but neither works.

Any suggestions will be appreciated

Bill, thanks for the reply

I got it to work.  It no longer pops up with the text box outline but if I type in the text and throw in a lot of line returns and then go the roll options and turn it on then it works

Both work on my computer.  In order to figure it out for your computer, please post how you are selecting, applying and view the two titles.  Screen shots would help too.

I got it to work.  It no longer pops up with the text box outline but if I type in the text and throw in a lot of line returns and then go the roll options and turn it on then it works
