I just purchased photoshop / premiere elements 2026. My computer is a dell optiplex 990 16Gb ram w/ i7 processor running windows 10 upgraded from windows 7. Elements installs but will not run. I have a good nvidia graphics card and have updated the driver. I also ran the C+ recommended update but i already had updated that. I've tried the typical restarts and un-install re-install plus uninstall all the other Adobe apps, No luck so far
I suspect I'm hosed and probably need a newer windows 11 machine...Errrrr
Any ideas ?
Sorry for the bad experience. Windows 11 is required. See this: https://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-elements/tech-specs.html

I'm not sure if the Elements programs are in this list, but if so... is Win10 included?

What error message do you see?
Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
nVidia Driver Downloads https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
-for all Adobe programs use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver
