Sign In Error/Sign failed Elements 2024 during installation

Please help, anyone who can. I bought Photoshop and Premiere Elements through Amazon, followed the instructions, converted the code to a serial number on adobe.com, and downloaded the app.
However, during installation, I get the error "Sign in error / Sign failed..."
I contacted support via Twitter, they told me to disable antivirus and firewall, which I did, but I still have the same problem.
I should mention that I created the Photoshop/Premiere Elements keys on the same account where I also have Creative Cloud Pro. Can someone help?
