Adobe Premiere iPad

I installed and purchased a subscription for Adobe Premiere on my iPad. However, the App states "You don't have access to premium features". Why is that? See Scree Capture

Thanks for responding. I now understand the Adobe Faux Pas. The in-app purchase for Premium Features is NOT for unlocking Premium features but for Credits for Adobe Firefly which can be used for generative usage. I will call Apple today and request an in-app refund.

Hello @pjglad — thanks so much for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the confusion around that message.

Premiere Mobile is a bit unique at Adobe in that it doesn’t actually have “premium features” in the traditional sense. All of the core editing tools are completely free to use. The only features that require credits are the generative ones (Firefly)— which are separate from a subscription.

I’ve flagged this to our team so we can get it updated to better reflect what’s actually offered in Premie

I will call Apple and cancel the subscription as it does not unlock the Premium Services. Another Adobe Clown Show...

I hope you get a response from staff. I do think this is related to the type of subscription you have. The usual issue when this message appears is for educational or some enterprise subscriptions. But the iPhone/Pad rollout is just different.

Thanks for responding. So I paid $69.99 for a one year subscription for what?

@pjglad  I’m sorry I don’t have a direct answer for you.

I work specifically on the app itself, so I’m not up on all the subscription details. I’ve tagged @Kevin-Monahan who might be able to help. You can also reach out to support directly which will likely get you the fastest and most accurate info.

Wish I had a clearer answer for you — thanks for your patience!
