Seems I am not the only one.
Will wait for a new build.
I can open files from 24.0.0 Builds 14, 15, 17. But I jumped from there to 23.
Let's hope build 24 irons it all out.

I can't open any of my projects that were created in Beta. "The project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements"
This has been fixed. Please upgrade to Pr24.0xBeta025.
