Colors washed out and without contrast for 3 days

For 3 days now the beta version has had faded colors and no contrast. All the color grading was lost while in the full version it looks fine. What happened?

With the latest update to Premiere beta with display color management ticked it looks incredibly flat. When you turn it off you can see the huge difference. In 24.4 it looks fine.
