Enhance Speed Isn't working in Premiere Beta

When I push the enhance button the audio remains unchanged.  Tried uninstalling and re-installing and nothing happened.  

 

System info
    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.1.0.60
    OS: macOS v14.0.0, RAM: 96.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 12

I have the same issue with beta build 73. When I click the enhance button, it says "initializing" forever.
