Export progress bar not showing

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Select an area to export

2. Export - Source In-Out

3. Export  (not Queue)
 
Result: ... Program freezes (to be expected), export indicator pops up blank, nothing happens until export is finished
Expected: ... Export indicator to show progress

    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v23.5.0.37
