Mogrts loading stuck at 15% in Pr beta 26.0.75

in 26.0.75 beta I wasn't been able to use any mogrts -- for as long as I tried to import any of them  from the Graphics Templates window they keep stucking at 15% load for infinite time if not canceled

As for existing projects with mogrts on the sequence they never get out of the media pending state

I'm having the same issue in Premiere Pro and After Effects 24.6.1 (build 2). Old MOGRTs in my essential graphics panel load just fine but any new ones I create hang at 15%.
