scale in effects control premiere

I cannot change my scale and position in the effects panel, they have simply disappeared.

I can see where it says Scale and Position but the values are gone. Please help.

I am not seeing this on 22.6.0 Build 23.

What version are each of using?

When I am trying to increase the scale size of my video clip, the value is covered up by the reset button. In changing different views, I am unable to make the value appear in a different position.
