2024 Premiere Pro Fonts are not working

I am a regular user of Premiere Pro 24.6.1 on PC, but for about a month now sometimes I can't change the font in any text layer at all. I can resize it, but every text appears in the same font, and no matter how many times I try to change it, nothing happens. The only solution that worked is restarting the program or the PC itself, but this souldn't be the only way.

I would like to access my fonts, please.
