arrow keys in Premiere don't work properly

Suddenly, I can no longer use the arrow keys in Premiere. They work fine in other apps. My jog and shuttle device also stopped working. When I use the keys or my ShuttleXpress from Contour Design, I do see movement in the playhead, as I see minimal movement in the audio playback tab when using both options. So the problem isn't with my keyboard or the ShuttleXpress. What could be causing this?

Ann, thank you so much, you've saved me again. I have no idea how those show audio units were checked. I haven't touched that wrench in a while because everything looked fine to me. I can now tell Contour Design that it was a setting and not their device.
