bought audio subscription, then bought tracks, but wont allow

bought audio subscription, then bought tracks, blue tick came up next to track, pulled track into timeline

on time line it works well and can edit it.

when i have finished my total video edit and go to file, then export, media it says

unlincesnesed low quality audio, to license the audio download the high quality file

my subscription has been approved

i have rang and they said yes approved

now they saying technical issue

any advice ?

have i missed a step
