Crash

Each time I start Premiere Pro it crashes on startl-up saying that Red Giant is no longer running. I have uninstalled all Red Giant files and plug-ins as well as uninstalled Premiere Pro and then reinstalled it. The problem still occurs unless I disable plug-ins at each start-up which is aggravating.  What can one do to resolve this issue?

PP 25.1 I take it? Did you Reset the plugin cache or just disable it from the dialog when holding shift while starting PP.

Did you reset the preferences. I recently thought I had a problem, and I ran the Adobe cleaner, and I was surprised my preferences were still there? So, you might want to clear the preference.

Yes, I have reset preferences, reset everything I can think of, scanned the drive for any residual elements of third party plug-ins.

Well, it seems pretty certain, the plugins are messing you up. Since avoiding them on startup appears to work.

We don't know if you are Mac or PC, so please take a look at this thread: Info needed for a bug / tech support
