Crashing Issues using Text with Windows PC and NVIDIA RTX 3070

Hi,

I get constant CRASHES with my RTX 3070 and a very good PC. If the project is complex, after some minutes of edit my PC CRASHES COMPLETELY. It has something to do with interactions with the RTX and Premiere. The only solution is trying the Studio drivers. Well, you know what? It doesn't solve it. I changed the motherboard because in the beginning I thought that was the issue, but didn't help. As a workaround, I edit with my laptop, which has a 3060 integrated. Fortunately this one doesn't crash.

I've been working lately with videos that feature lots of texts over the video. Click on it, and it takes 2 seconds to react. I move the layer, and it takes 3-5 seconds to appear somewhere and everytime I move the layer, again, several seconds to update. If I try to edit the text, you have to pray...sometimes you selected the correct text to replace, or you have to move the cursor, or delete letters, and it takes seconds to update.

Mod note: Edited for content. Title was changed to reflect the problem. See this post for formatting: How Do I Write a Bug Report?

This sounds very troublesome and frustrating for you. We would like to help. If possible, please provide us with the following information:
  • A screen video of the problem happening for you
Note: In the screen mov, it will be good if the console is showing so we can see what is going on when the problem happens. I'll sent you a direct message with more info about that.
  • The OS version and PrPro version you are currently seeing it on.
  • Has it been happening on all other Pr versions on that system? Or on other systems if that's an option?
  • Can we have a test project? Prefereably one without media, but if a lot of media + edits is a pre-requisite, than maybe we can use dropbox or somethign to transfer enough for me to repro it locally.

I know that is a lot we're asking for, but the key here is to get it to happen locally here so that we can work on the bug internally. I will send you a direct message with my contact info.
