desynchronization between sound and video in a source

Good morning,
I'm in the middle of editing with Premiere pro and I have a source,
like all the others, which has a video and audio track synchronization problem.
And only IN Premiere, the source is apparently unaffected.
The soundtrack starts again in the middle of the extract.
