Easing handles have weird behavior when keyframe is at the very start of a clip

Hi. In some update last year, keyframe easing handles broke in a weird way:

When you've got a keyframe at the very start of a clip, it clamps the easing handle distance to some time after it, for some reason.

Here's a video of what that looks like, and I also show what I have to do to make it work like I want it to again (moving the keframe to the right, adjust the handle, then move it back to the left again)

Hi, the bug still appears in the 24.6 beta. Seemingly not always, but it does appear:

Hi @WangleLine,

Is there any improvement in the stable version for 24.6? Have you tried the new Beta? How's that? Thanks for checking that out. If it is still a problem, I'll continue to advocate for a fix on your behalf. Sorry for the problem. Take care.

Thanks,
Kevin

Please try 24.6 Beta. I can no longer reproduce your bug. It might be fixed. Please have a look.

This is still happening in 24.4.1 Build 2

Hi. I apologize for bringing this up again. Thought I'd confirm again this is still happening in 24.1

I'd be cool to get a fix for this. I use the easing handles on almost every single set of keyframes, and I hate having to move them back and forth just to edit a handle.

Cheers,

Line
