Export and Transcribe tabs freeze

I reinstalled version 25.1 and it worked fine for day and a half. But now again the issue is back.

Is there a way to disable temporary the extensions in Window -> Extensions?

Hi @dg_victoria_5530 - Can you navigate to the effects panel and then click the hamburger menu.  At the bottom you will see "Manage Video Effects". This is where you can disable and enable your plugins.

It's still happening.

I removed everything from c:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore\

and started with pressed shift and disabled plugins, but the extensions still show up on Windows - Extensions.

How to remove them from Premiere temporarily to test which one might be causing conflitcs?

Hi @dg_victoria_5530 Can you try and hold down "SHIFT" while launching Premiere and check the boxes
"Reset plugin loading cache"
"Disable third-party plugins (one-time only)"

Geforce 3070TI, I have the latest NVIDIA studio drivers, 572.83 18 March 2025

I have a bunch of plugins, I tried to move them from c:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore\ to other folder, but the some of the extensions still there and the issue is still happening.

I guess there should be some conflict or incompatibilty, but can't figure out how to test it.

Hi @dg_victoria_5530 - What gpu are you using and which driver version?  You say sometimes it happens, is there any reproducible steps where you can make it happen all the time?  Do you have any effects, third party panels, plugins installed?

• Issue - After some time, when you click on Export tab or Transcribe or Captions tab, they become selected, but do not switch to the tab.
• Steps to reproduce - It just happens sometimes just after the start or after 5-15 minutes.
• Expected result - Should function normally, change to the tab.
• Actual result -  The tab freezes, but everything else is working seemingly fine.
• Adobe Premiere Pro version - It happens in all Premiere Pro versions after PP24, since I installed version 25.1 and all the updates and Beta, all the latest versions,
• Operating system - Windows 10, all latses updates.
• Video format - Doesen't matter, any video type, any audio only, mostly I use mp4, mov, mp4 and wav. But really doesen't matter, it can happen even without anything in project or timeline.

And everything is fine in any other Adobe app, PP24 works fine.
