fill left with right effect in premiere pro 2024 does not work

Premeire or 2024 

"Fill left with right" audio effect does not work.  

It works fine in 2023. Please update!

What does not work with the effect exactly.

Please post comp specs, Premiere version and build.
Also screenshots of MediaInfo info in Treeview on footage used, sequence settings and screenshot timeline with header.
