Graphics look pixelated in render but not in preview - anti-aliasing?

Having an issue where my motion graphics appear as they should in my preview, but are extremely pixelated in my exports.

The motion graphics are 1080p ProRes files in a 1080p sequence - I've also tried a dynamic link, and a h.264 file instead, but neither worked. The issue is present in the 4K version of this video too.

I'm on Premiere 24 but have also tried 25. It didn't work.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Hi @Enzoxs
Could you send the team here with Adobe a sample of the pixelated export? You can direct message me any projects or media to illustrate the problem. Also, would you mind sharing info on your system specs? The link here  How do I write a bug report has steps to provide more information about your bug that can help us identify the issue. I have also included a link to an export issue we are currently aware of. Check this one out, quality-significantly-degraded-upon-export  , and if it is similar to what you are experiencing, let us know.
Here to help.

It's a 1080p sequence, the export is also 1080p. Will update with the bitrate settings, it's set to CBR 35mbps.

Exporting from1920x1080 to 4K will reduce image quality.

Post screenshot bit rate settings.
