I logged into my school account at home so that i may do projects at home, however when i tried to download adobe premiere pro it said i needed to purchass it. and when i tried to reach out to the customer support i waited 23 minutes to just for them to say "how can i help you today?" and then not even 20 seconds later they said i gave no response so they will close the chat (I WAS LITRALLY WRITING THE RESPONSE THE SECOND THEY SAID SOMETHING) all this to say that i cant access my account plan for some reason (also sorry for a lot of bad spelling, writing isn't my strong suit)
