I'm tired of my presets disappearing.. FIX IT

Ever since I updated to Premiere 25 a month ago my presets started disappearing at random. Sometimes when I reopen premiere, sometimes even while working on it. It has no consistency, to give you an exemple the ones that always disappear are shaking presets from Cinecom (that I've been using for months without issues), simple transform with keyframes on the position. There are 6 of them in that folder and 4 of them keep disappearing and the same 2 stay. I can move the folder, rename it, resave it, nothing changes the outcome. This same scenario happens to other imported presets as well or the whole folder too (be they mine or from an external source, no discrimination there).
Then after reading a post in here with a very similar problem, I saw a moderator's response saying it would be fixed in the next update. Hooray

How naive I was
I lost 3 hours of my time making presets just for them to ALL disappear the next time I reopenned the software.
And of course the imported presets still go away the same as before
I am TIRED
Does anyone have a solution ?
How am I supposed to work like this
Am i supposed to go on making 13 exports of presets a day just in case everything vanishes on a whim ?

I found a temporary solution:
If I put the presets that always disasppear in a personnalized folder (so not the original "Presets" folder)
then the presets in the "Presets" folder will still disappear BUT their copy in your own folder will remain.
It's still far from perfect because you can't export(save) them and there is no way to know if those won't also disappear with an update.
So I'm still stuck to export every preset every time I make a new one, in case they disappear 😕😕
PS: The preset file in your Documents/Adobe/Premiere/25/User-Profile DO NOT include the presets you put in your own folders (copies)

Hi,
I don't know where those settings are in creative cloud. Didn't they remove it ?
Anyway the problems started appearing after I upgraded to v25 but not immediatly after the update. So everything from v24 was transfered to my v25 but a few days of work later the presets started disappearing
Hope that makes sense

Hi @MGGI_ 

Have you tried to utilize the "Sync Settings " feature within the Creative Cloud application or manually export and importing preset files? And if so you are still loosing all your pre sets every time you have done an update?

Hi,
Yes I am on 25.3 and to be more accurate:
The problems existed before the update (in v25 still) and for the vanishing of the presets I made myself (so not from import) I made them in 25.2 then updated and they were gone. I don't know if they would have disappeared even without the update (Highly possible considering the rest) but I prefer to say it nonetheless

I get the frustrations with putting in the work and then having to start all over again. I would like to help solve some of the frustrations if we can.

I assume you have updated to 25.3 and the problem still persists correct?
