It suddenly turned off while editing Premier Pro

It wasn't supposed to be like this, but the program suddenly turns off every 3-5 minutes while editing.
Of course, if I open the program again, it will recover, but it keeps turning off, which is so disturbing to edit!
I didn't change anything, I just edited it as usual, why is this?
