Keyboard shortcuts and timeline display prefs not loading automatically

Hi everyone, I've recently updated to Premiere 24.3.0 (Build 59) running on a Mac Mini with Sonoma 14.1.2 and when I open Premiere, it sorts of resets the keyboard shortcuts and the timeline display preferences. 

Everytime I open a project I have to:

- select my keyboard settings from the menu

- check the timeline display prferences 

Both are always reset to default. Before updating, they automatically loaded the last preferences I used.

Any suggestion?
