Lumetri Color "Look" dropdown doesn't work properly on Macbooks with vertically stacked dual monitor

When using a stacked dual monitor set up (one monitor above the other) on MacOS (2021 Macbook Pro M1 Max chip running Ventura), Premiere Pro's (23.2.0  Build 69) Lumetri Color panel seems to have issues with the dropdown for the Look field.

My primary monitor is the bottom monitor in this stacked setup, and both monitors are at a 2K resolution.

Within Premiere Pro, I'll go to the Creative tab in the Lumetri Color panel when Premiere Pro is opened on my bottom monitor and the dropdown is cut off:

Every time I want to use this drop-down field, I have to bring Premiere Pro to my top monitor, use the dropdown, then bring it back down (note this is the same window but on my top monitor):

I assume this is caused by some form of bug where it thinks it can expand to the space above (onto the top monitor), but it doesn't render that way on Macbooks.

Is there any known fix for this or a known bug I can upvote?
