Motion Graphic Template not copying to shared libraries

I have a MOGRT that I want to add to a shared library for my co-workers to use, but it won't copy over. I was able to copy some lower thirds I made as a mogrt, and those copy over. I've been able to copy a version of this over before, but now I can't the updated version. I get a spinning wheel like it's copying, but then it never adds it. I've waited a few hours, thinking it may take time, but still nothing happens. I tried making a new version from after effects as well, thinking maybe it was corrupt. is there a file size limit? It's almost 2 GB.
