Parts of Video Corrupting After export

Hi! I've been having some trouble exporting recently. We have been exporting in h264 and when we export long form content, this video for example is 50ish minutes, we have been experiencing corruption on the video. The audio and video drops out and the video freezes, have inserted some photos below. Have tried changing the preset to export, but not working its seemingly random as this is on various projects. Can anyone help with this?

    I'm using mac sonoma, on an apple m1 max, 2021 macbook pro, using mov files 

     

    only effects in there will be colour grading and no third party effects used

    What's your computer specs, OS, GPU, media type, any effects or third-party effects used?

    Just to explain, the audio drop out is where the video is frozen, there is consistent audio throughout
