PP 2023 closing on new project

I don't know why, but Premiere Pro 2023 was working fine until recently. It closes whenever I try and start a new project now. I even tried reinstalling it, resetting the preferences, unchecking hardware acceleration. Everything and nothing is working.

    Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?

    And whats wierd is I installed the beta version to see if that works, and its working just fine.
