PR Opening preferences is unresponsive

I open preferences in PR ae and it becomes unresponsive and exits

I tried reinstalling and it didn't fix either

Checking the system and the graphics driver does not seem to be a problem in this area

Using the CTRL key during the startup process, disabling plug-in startup, and resetting preferences did not resolve the issue

I also tried unplugging other USB and video interfaces also did not work

The lumetri range of PR often cannot be used to display black

PR AU's preferences work fine

How do I fix this?
