Premiere casi hace explotar mi PC

Community Beginner ,

Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry you can't export your video. Can you tell me more about your setup?  What type of video are you working with?  Which version of Premiere are you using?  We need a few more details to help with this issue. Please see: How do I report a Problem?

I hope we can help you soon. Sorry for the frustration!

As I explained in the post, I have an Alienware Aurora R10 Ryzen Edition with a Ryzen 7 5800 processor, 32 GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA RTX 3080 graphics card. The video is a 30-minute podcast with no effects or anything complicated, just some backgrounds, graphics, and simple transitions.

As I said, before the most recent version, I hadn’t had any problems. The issue started from one week to the next. I’m going to attach photos of what happened when I tried to render the video a few days ago. The screen went completely black and the system froze to the point where it restarted on its own in the worst-case scenario. In another instance, I was unable to close or access any other program or function. In the photos, you can even see that part of the monitor itself went black.

I should mention that the system drive has 100 GB of free space, and everything related to cache is directed to a completely different drive — an SSD. Nothing that Adobe uses to store cache is on the system drive. Additionally, before editing, I always clear the cache and temporary files.

Are you on version 25.4 or 25.4.1? If so, there is an issue involving memory leakage which causes all of the available installed RAM and all of the page file disk to be completely consumed and depleted over a very short period of time. This occurs on both Windows and Mac.

The current workaround is to revert back to version 25.3, or if your videos involve MTS video extensions, 25.2.3 since 25.3 has the noisy audio bug when working with MTS files. And before you do that, please uncheck (disable) the auto-update function in the Creative Cloud desktop app since that is enabled by default with new subscriptions.
