premiere gets superslow after 30 mins, before i exit screen turns red for a second

i tried to add some thirdparty transitions, and since then premiere becomes super slow after 30 mins of use. also before i exit the screen turns red before i exit. after getting back on everything works great for another 20-30 mins then same thing happens
