BUG

ISSUE: Crashing when scrolling with cursor

OPERATING SYSTEM: MAC 15.1 (24B83)

CPU: Apple M2 Ultra

RAM: 192 GB

HARD DRIVE: (internal) APPLE SSD AP2048Z APFS; (external) G-Drive 8TB RAID APFS; (scratch) OWC Aura P12 Pro APFS2.0TB

VIDEO FORMAT: XDCAM HD 422

WORKFLOW: straightforward 1/2 hr interview. Several morph cuts.

EXPECTED RESULT: Just work, as it has in the past

ACTUAL RESULT: No apparent pattern. Merly moving the cursor will cause a crash.

Hi @pshea - Do you have any plugins installed or sony catalyst browse?  Which version of Premiere do you have installed?  Can you upload a screen recording so that we can see the issue you are experiencing?

Can you try holding down "Shift" while opening Premiere and select "clear media cache files"

Hi @pshea  - I'm not sure if this is the issue you are experiencing.

Can you try removing the morph cuts and see if you are still having issues?
