Program and source monitor does not show anything

I'm using Premiere Pro 2024 on windows 11 for 4 months and it was working prperly. But as a sudden the program and source monitor is not showing anything, even bars and tones anymore. The app also has problem in the exporting. The exported video is only 1 or 2 seconds of the whole video. I've done anything I found on the web and It didn't change. 

Tried:

- deleting the cache

- reset the app

- change playback prefrences

- change renderer

- change audio hardware setting

- updating windows 11

- updating gpu driver

- reinstalling the app

- using previuos versions of app

- reinstalling the windows

My CPU is i9 13700 and I'm using GTX 4050.

But it is not working yet. I'd be thankful if anyone gives a good working solution.
