Question

Select All keyboard shortcut no longer working when selecting files to import

Not sure exactly when this started but I just noticed it yesterday- when you double click in the project window or go to file>import to bring assets into a project hitting command + a currently isn't functioning to select all from a folder.  Edit blinks in the menu bar, so the program sees that you're entering the command but files don't get selected.

This still seems to work fine in photoshop, so it's something specific to premiere at the moment. On a mac with Ventura 13.2.1

Hello @Cory22332005j5vr ,

Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?

I'll move your post to the Discussions board while we await your information.

Thanks,

Kevin

Still occurring, premiere 24.2.1 on OS 14.2.1 now.  To be clear you can select multiple files, I'm just fairly confident you used to be able to do a select all shortcut.  The fact that the edit in the premiere top menu bar is flashing makes me think that focus for the keyboard shortcuts is stuck in premiere rather than switching to the file browser window that comes up when you go to import.
