Text Transcript stuck on transcribing sequence

I tried auto transcription on Premiere Pro on a video but it is stuck on "creating audio transcription" forever.

 

How to fix this?

 

System info:

App: Premiere Pro 23.0.0

PC: HP Envy Laptop 15

OS: Win 11 10.0.22621
