Video Audio now out of Sync after Update

Yesterday my computer had an update, in my project I have been placing in video footage of myself when I need it, no problems. But today when I inserted the latest clip after the update the audio on me is now out of sync. I checked all the other clips that I haven't inserted yet and they are also out of sync. The clips still in the project before the update though are fine. I even tried starting a new project to see if the clips are still out of sync and they are, but the clips I used in the project before the update are also fine in a new project. I don't understand why it's like this, when I play the clips on the media player on my computer they are in sync and fine. It's just when they are in premier. Any sugestions on how to fix this please?

I am having the same exact issue. I work at a news station, and all of our reporters are experiencing their interview clips being out of sync with the audio as soon as they bring it into Premier Pro. The only way we were able to fix this problem was by reverting Premier to an older version. I am guessing that there is a issue or bug in the new update.

Hi gifted_Dreamer4637,

Could you please also confirm the exact version of Premiere Pro that you are using & if you are experiencing this issue with AVI media?

Thanks,

Sumeet

Hello @gifted_Dreamer4637,

I'm Kevin from support, one of the mods here. That's a very odd problem. Can you provide more information for the team? A sample clip would be ideal. See, How do I write a bug report?

I hope the team will help you soon. Sorry for the anomaly.

Cheers,
Kevin
