Hello everyone,

I have some issues in playing videos on the timeline.

Most of the times I run Premiere and I add videos to the timeline, videos are not playing without any clear reason.

Yes, I already tryied to rendenrize sequences, but this problem is still present.

Anyone could help?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @ileana_3217 - You are using an older driver can you try updating to the latest and let us know if that helps your issue.

Hi @ileana_3217 - You are showing the driver details. We need to know the Driver Version.  It should be something like 32.0.101.###

Hi Jamie, you can find the screencap of the drivers here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1eBZs4eoS2BXMqrOkssDq2oqyyrV0-wM8/view?usp=sharing

And here below the sequence settings:

Hi @ileana_3217 - Do you have any third party plugins or panels installed?  Can you open Device Manager and navigate to Display adapters then double click your GPU and post a screenshot of your driver details.  I also noticed that your sequence frame size is different than your source.  Can you post a screenshot of your Sequence Settings.

Sorry, here's more details about my PC (I hope all it's clear). I have to add that this issue doesn't happen all the time, but just sometimes with no reason. And also sometimes - after many minutes - Premiere starts playing videos without problems. I tried to do what you suggested, but it didn't work.

Hi @ileana_3217 -  Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
Please see, How do I write a bug report?

Can you check your audio hardware settings and make sure Default Input is set to "No Input"

It looks like your project might be in software rendering mode.  Can you navigate to File > Project Settings > General and change your Video Rendering and Playback to Cuda or OpenCL.

Sorry for the frustration.
