Video playback wont work when exported to google cloud

I exported a video in h.264 format to my computer and moved the file to my cloud folder so I could access it on my phone, it shows up on my phone but then I get a pop up saying the file type isn't supported and cant play it anywhere but on video players on my computer. Have exported other larger file types like this with success, and tried exporting with other file types this time with same result. Not sure what to do, please help!

Which preset are you choosing?  After selecting H.264 as the Format, "Match Source - Adaptive High Bitrate" should be compatible with most devices.

 

 Which model phone is it?  Which app are you using in the phone to view the file?
