When selecting multiple effects on a clip to make a preset, only one effect is saved to the preset

I'm on MacOS premiere version 24.5, using a MacBook Pro with an M3 pro. I am selecting 4 effects (two lumetri effects, an ultra key, and a sapphire effect) to make a preset. However, when the preset only contains the first lumetri effect.
